Mental Health is a state of mental wellbeing that enables people to cope with the stressors of everyday life..They are better able to handle adverse events,difficult situations,anger  and day to day issues. The body and mind are not seperate they are parts of the same person. Long term stress can have serious health consequences. People who take care of their mental health also lead healthier lives as they are better able to look after themselves.

When should we seek professional help?

1.Feeling low and depressed  all the time and unable to come out of it on our own.

2 The low mood interferes with our day to day life.

3.Unable to take decisions that may have long term consequences.

4Our near relationships are getting affected by the constant unhappiness, anxiety,stress.
